In the Open University “Dr Ante Starčević” monograph on Ante Starčević - Ideals of freedom and rights was presented in Gospić. About the book talked: the president of the Board of Directors of the School Book Ante Žužul, director of the State Archives in Gospić Ivica Mataija, director of the Institute of Social Sciences “Ivo Pilar” Željko Holjevac and me.

Welcome words on behalf of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković was referred by his advisor Zvonko Kusić. The audience was greeted by the Mayor of Gospić, Karlo Starčević, Prefect of Lika-Senj, Ernest Petry, and former Deputy Prime Minister Dražen Budiša.
