Pavo Barišić is a professor of philosophy and a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is President of the International and Croatian Pan-European Union. He was Minister of Science and Education, Director of the Institute of Philosophy in Zagreb, Head of the Department of Philosophy at the University of Split and Dean of the Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb.
